Last Updated: 03.12.2025 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Agata Story Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your region) to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services unless expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.
3. User Content You may create, upload, or import photos, videos, text, or other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any laws, copyright rules, or third-party rights.
4. Subscriptions & Payments Some features require paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. All payments are processed by Apple App Store under their respective terms. We do not handle or store your payment information. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings in the App Store.
5. Prohibited Activities You agree not to:
- use the Services for illegal or harmful purposes
- attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Services
- upload content that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or infringing
- use the Services to violate the rights or privacy of others
6. Intellectual Property All templates, designs, UI elements, graphics, features, text, images, and other materials included in the Services (excluding User Content) are the property of Agata Story Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7. Disclaimer The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agata Story Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
9. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after the changes means you accept the updated Terms.
